Rubio said in an interview with American media today, Sunday, “The Russians are already facing very severe consequences,” pointing out that all American measures to support Ukraine continue.
He continued, “The United States does not consider itself a party to this conflict and does not participate in the war, but it provides support to Kyiv.”
The U.S. Secretary of State indicated that additional steps against Moscow might be taken if an agreement regarding Ukraine is not reached.
