AUM Development, a Dubai-based real estate developer, has unveiled its new residential project, Veda, offering wellness-centered homes in Jumeirah Village Circle (JVC). This development features 1BHK and 2BHK units ranging in size from 679 to 2,294 square feet across five levels, including ground-floor apartments with private park access.
Veda combines efficient layouts, abundant natural light through floor-to-ceiling windows, and high-quality finishes. It offers a suite of wellness amenities that redefine urban living. Each element of ‘Veda’ reflects AUM’s aim to provide thoughtfully crafted homes for both end-users and savvy investors.
Situated in JVC’s family-friendly community, Veda is surrounded by gardens, schools, and essential infrastructure. Its closeness to Circle Mall and a central community park enhances connectivity and convenience. Key locations like Dubai Marina, Mall of the Emirates, Palm Jumeirah, and Dubai International Airport are easily accessible. Veda represents a balance of peace and connectivity, enhancing daily life with its surroundings.
Deepak Batra, Founder and CEO of AUM Development, stated: “For over 20 years, we’ve observed the evolving preferences and dynamics of Dubai’s competitive real estate market. This launch caters to the increasing demand for spaces that enhance quality of life. Veda is more than a residential project; it’s about fostering family well-being. We envision ‘Veda’ as a cornerstone of our mission to improve lives.”
AUM Development’s newest venture provides diverse amenities, including a rooftop Zen garden, yoga studio, sauna, and ice bath for wellness. Fitness facilities include a swimming pool, indoor and outdoor gyms, and a covered sky trail. For leisure, there’s an outdoor party deck, sky cinema, and children’s play area. It also incorporates smart home technology, digital door access, WiFi-enabled communal spaces, an EV charging station, rooftop solar panels, and 24/7 security.
Veda is part of AUM’s active project lineup, highlighting its growth strategy and commitment to Dubai’s real estate market. Construction began on July 5, with completion expected in Q3 2027. An investor-friendly plan starts at Dh1.07 million, requiring 10% on booking, 30% within 20 months, and the remaining 60% upon handover.
