This happened precisely during the days when communications aimed at resolving the situation in Ukraine intensified.’
She added, ‘It seems the desired result was not achieved. Communications continued, and no one responded in the manner the instigators expected. Then they resorted to intimidation and threats specifically aimed at obstructing agreements.’
Dragon stated to the ‘Financial Times’ that ‘a preemptive strike could be considered in light of the alleged Russian actions against the coalition,’ and that ‘the preemptive strike’ could be regarded as ‘a defensive act.’
