In August, real estate transactions in Ajman hit Dh1.9 billion, showing a 21% growth compared to the same month in 2024, as per the Real Estate Report from the Department of Land and Real Estate Regulation.
Omar bin Omair Al Muhairi, the Director-General of the Department, highlighted that there were 1,389 real estate transactions in August, with 1,116 being real estate trades, totaling over Dh1.39 billion.
He also noted that 214 mortgage transactions were recorded in August, exceeding Dh285 million in value.
Al Muhairi emphasized that these statistics highlight the robustness of the real estate sector, the diverse investment opportunities available, and their attractiveness to a wide range of investors eager to engage in Ajman and leverage its unique benefits and strong competitiveness.
