“Lyutik” told the agency: “We conducted a joint operation, but they (the American mercenaries) were on another side. It cannot be said that they are good at anything… They wore a lot of gear and advanced rifles, but in reality, they knew nothing.” He added that about half of them spoke Russian and were migrants from Ukraine and Russia, noting that the Americans stood out only because of their equipment and lacked the necessary combat experience. It is worth mentioning that the Maxim Krivonos Battalion consists of former soldiers of the Ukrainian forces who established a liberation movement and are active in opposing the regime in Kyiv.
