What was your experience traveling to India?
I’ve visited many places worldwide, but India was new to me until two years ago. I was captivated by its beauty. The people, environment, colors, and food are unmatched. India exudes vibrant energy and love.
How have you influenced football in the US?
Owning a team in Miami has been a blessing. Like India, it’s vibrant and colorful. Despite the challenges, I knew it was worth it. I promised to bring top players to the US, and I’m proud of what we’ve achieved. Lionel Messi has elevated the game significantly.

Is winning different as an owner compared to a player?
The joy of winning a trophy is the same, whether as a player or an owner. However, as a player, you can directly influence the game, while as an owner, you can only watch and hope. Winning remains the ultimate thrill.
Do you engage in other sports?
I enjoy various sports. I’m a huge basketball fan and also play pickleball and padel.

My parents instilled the values of hard work and humility in me. Sir Alex Ferguson taught me the importance of punctuality.

I have a strong affinity for Instagram. I enjoy sharing aspects of my life—family, sports, gardening—with others. Social media is a powerful tool when used correctly, both for personal connection and business. It’s also crucial for sharing impactful work, like my UNICEF initiatives, with a broader audience.
