Ameet Unnithan, a poet and finance expert, has launched his captivating debut poetry anthology, Exit, now available in paperback. This collection includes 19 poignant poems that delve into universal themes like solitude, sorrow, and resilience, offering keen insights into the complexities of modern life through everyday experiences.
Exit invites readers to disconnect from the superficial chaos of daily life. Crafted in accessible yet impactful language, Ameet’s poetry engages with the raw, unfiltered moments that define human existence, providing both personal connection and vital space for readers to reflect on their own life experiences.
Inspired by contrasting settings — the tranquil natural beauty of his homeland Kerala, India, and the lively, multicultural urban scene of Dubai, UAE — Ameet reaches out to readers from all walks of life, rooting his poetry in both nature and the city’s vibrant pulse.
Reflecting on his artistic journey, Ameet remarked: “With Exit, I aimed to capture the small, often unnoticed moments of life — moments of solitude, reflection, and resilience that unite us. These poems are an invitation to step away from life’s noise and explore personal experiences alongside mine.”
Since its release, Exit has resonated with readers looking for poetry that blends personal insight, universal themes, and relatable reflections on daily life. Each poem offers a chance for introspection, inviting readers to interpret the work in their unique way.
