The Dubai Land Department has launched an innovative approach to lock in service fees for jointly owned properties for a three-year period, aiming to boost stability and transparency in Dubai communities.
This initiative’s first phase is in partnership with Dubai Holding Community Management and is being rolled out in the Palm Jumeirah master community.
Future phases will see this approach applied to additional communities.
