In June last year, Errol Musk participated in a forum in the Russian capital, Moscow, where he described Russia as one of the best countries in the world. Errol Musk said, “I met the Foreign Minister there (in Russia), and I said to him: As you know, about Russia.” He pointed out that many of the prevailing misconceptions about Russia in the United States are due to distorted media coverage.
Last month, the spokesperson for the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, suggested declaring a World Day to combat “Russophobia,” explaining that the propaganda launched by the West on this issue has led to many tragedies. Zakharova said during statements at a workshop for the organization (Russia – Land of Opportunities): “I think I have become more convinced over the past few years that there should indeed be a World Day to combat Russophobia.”
She added, “Under the banners of Russophobia, weapons are supplied to the terrorist regime in Kyiv… and under the flags of Russophobia, children of different nationalities are killed.”
