When did you start exploring the world of innovation and inventions, and what motivated you to embark on this path at such a young age?
My journey in invention began at seven years old. The environment around me nurtured this passion, as my father is an engineer and my mother has a keen interest in technology. Their influence encouraged me to delve into tech, and the support from science camps and workshops was pivotal in honing my skills.
Can you share the details of your first invention and how the experience was for you?
My first invention was the Photographing Robot in 2012, created during a skills development camp at the Hamdan Center. It was a unique experience where I merged my love for photography with technology to design a robot that takes pictures and measures distances, creating customized souvenirs for visitors. This was the launchpad for my future innovations.
Who has been your greatest supporter on this journey?
My parents have been my biggest supporters, encouraging both me and my sisters. They provided a conducive environment for skill development. I’ve also received immense support from inventor Mohammed Al Shamsi and our wise leadership, whose recognition inspired me to continue achieving success.

Which of your inventions is closest to your heart, and why?
The Assembly Robot is dearest to me because it assists sick children at Tawam Hospital in Al Ain, enabling them to continue their education despite health challenges. This project, centered on recycling, highlights the humanitarian aspect of innovation.
What major challenges have you faced, and how did you overcome them?
A significant challenge was the initial lack of widespread innovation culture, and being young, I wasn’t always taken seriously. However, recognition from our leadership and the development of supportive programs greatly helped in overcoming these challenges, paving the way for talent and innovation.
How do you balance your studies with your passion for innovation?
Support from teachers was crucial during school, alongside prioritizing my studies. I integrated learning with innovation by working on projects addressing everyday practical issues. Studying abroad offered a unique opportunity for cultural and educational exchange, and I treasured sharing the Emirati innovation experience with international peers.
How did you feel upon receiving the title of the Youngest Emirati Inventor?
I felt immense pride and honor. This title marked a turning point in the recognition and seriousness of my innovations. Being acknowledged by our wise leadership is a strong motivator to continue and expand my journey.

Who inspires you in your life and the field of innovation?
Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, inspires me with his encouragement to think creatively and strive for excellence. Additionally, the Emirati inventors who supported and mentored me in my early stages have been inspirational.
What advice would you give to children and girls aspiring to enter the world of innovation?
I encourage them to maintain a constant curiosity, as it is key to learning and self-improvement. Leveraging today’s technology and AI makes the field more accessible. They should continue questioning, exploring, and not fear experimentation.
Finally, what is your ultimate dream?
I aim to establish a project in AI linked to Emirati culture and to support a new generation of Emirati innovators, helping them transform their ideas into reality that elevates the UAE’s global standing.
