IHC, a leading global investment firm, reiterated on Thursday its decision not to sell its stake in Aldar Properties PJSC.
IHC holds a majority interest in Aldar Properties through its subsidiaries. The firm stressed that Aldar is a key long-term investment in its diverse portfolio, underscoring IHC’s trust in Abu Dhabi’s robust and expanding real estate market.
While IHC is committed to optimizing its portfolio and divestment strategy, it confirmed it will retain its stake in Aldar Properties.
Aldar Properties leads Abu Dhabi’s real estate development, promoting innovation, sustainability, and urban transformation. As a major regional developer, Aldar consistently delivers value to shareholders and supports the UAE’s economic diversification goals.
Syed Basar Shueb, CEO of IHC, stated: “We continue to support Aldar in shaping Abu Dhabi’s real estate sector and advancing sustainable development throughout the UAE.”
