This unique program combines Ovaluate’s decade-long expertise in cutting-edge valuation technology and market insights with IEREI’s esteemed reputation in real estate education, both locally and globally.
The program aims to provide real estate brokers and industry professionals with advanced technical skills, certifying them as professional valuers. Over 10 intensive days, participants will master five essential valuation methods, including the comparative, cost, income, residual, and discounted cash flow (DCF) approaches.
Alongside theoretical learning, the course includes practical exercises and real-world simulations. It culminates in a workshop where participants create and present a comprehensive valuation report following international standards.
