Dubai’s real estate market has remained robust in 2025, with significant sales occurring in prime areas.
“This was a unique and exclusive listing that captured attention even in a competitive market… Homes of this caliber on Palm Jumeirah rarely stay available for long,” stated Leigh Borg, executive partner of Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, who represented the seller.

Recently, Borg also facilitated the sale of this year’s priciest residential plot on Palm Jumeirah.

“Such transactions are made possible by our extensive network and global platform. It highlights the quality of the available homes. Price is no obstacle for buyers when the property meets all their criteria,” said Filippo Tavernaro, senior global property consultant at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, representing the buyer.
Chris Whitehead, managing partner at Dubai Sotheby’s International Realty, noted this is the company’s second record-breaking sale on Palm Jumeirah this summer, traditionally a slower period. “This underscores the location’s prestige and paves the way for a strong final quarter of 2025.”
David von Rosen, co-founder of 25 Degrees, remarked that this sale signifies the strength and maturity of Dubai’s luxury real estate sector, fueled by an influx of wealthy individuals seeking to benefit from the city’s exceptional lifestyle offerings.
