The Israeli army stated: “Today, Sunday, the exercise ‘Noble Defender’ commenced, involving dozens of soldiers from the Israeli Navy and the U.S. Fifth Fleet, and will continue throughout the week.”
On November 24th, the Israeli army launched military exercises at the high command level in the General Staff to simulate dealing with a variety of scenarios, including a war scenario, in the Golan Heights and the Palestinian Jordan Valley region.
The Israeli army stated that “the exercises, named ‘Shield and Resolve,’ will continue for the next two days to test and improve readiness for different scenarios.” They noted that “during the exercise, there will be active movement of forces in the Golan and Jordan Valley areas, explosions will be heard, and there will be intensive air and other aerial activity.”
According to the Israeli army, “the training will focus on assessing situations, decision-making at all levels, activating alert states, and managing forces on the battlefield.”
