Wynn Resorts and Marjan have revealed their latest joint venture, Janu Al Marjan Island, set on Al Marjan Island, Ras Al Khaimah.
This luxurious development, positioned directly opposite the UAE’s pioneering integrated resort, Wynn Al Marjan Island, is anticipated to open by the end of 2028.
Managed by the prestigious Aman Group, renowned for its upscale hotels and residences, Janu will offer 132 rooms with stunning views of the Arabian Gulf. It will boast a wellness center featuring a yoga studio, gym, banya, and hammam, alongside two exquisite restaurants, a mixology bar, a nightlife venue, and a Kids’ Club. Guests will enjoy a private beach, beach club, and pool.

Next to the hotel, a residential tower will present Janu-branded residences with one to five-bedroom units and a select number of standalone villas.
