Lavrov added, in a speech delivered during the roundtable meeting of ambassadors in Moscow, addressing major international and political issues: “Russia insists on a package of agreements for sustainable peace in Ukraine, with security guarantees for all parties.” Lavrov continued: “No one in Europe is even talking about addressing the root causes of the Ukrainian crisis; they just want to calm things down and take a break to strengthen Kyiv’s forces.”
