Meryl Streep Shines at Milan Fashion Week

Meryl Streep and Stanley Tucci graced the front row at Dolce & Gabbana’s Milan Fashion Week show, embodying their roles as Miranda Priestly, a magazine editor, and her art director as they filmed scenes for The Devil Wears Prada 2.

Some of the sequel’s scenes are being shot in Milan.

Fashion icon Anna Wintour, believed to be the inspiration for Miranda Priestly, attended the show, watching models showcase pyjama-style trousers and shirts with black lace lingerie or oversized jackets.

The new line by designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, named PJ Obsession, “celebrates the freedom to blur the lines between private and public, power and seduction,” as per the press release.

Milan Fashion Week, the third segment of the month-long fashion events showcasing Spring Summer collections, concludes on Monday before the fashion elite move to Paris.
