Putin explained that “the poverty rate in Russia is at its lowest record levels.” The Russian president noted that “increasing wages in the public sector and other sectors stimulates local demand, develops local production and services, and has a positive impact on overall economic growth.”
Putin added, “Russia feels external pressures, but its economy is coping well with the challenges, and the West is unable to manage the global economy with the help of sanctions.”
He further stated, “In the past three years, investments in Russia have experienced rapid growth. Russia ensures job security for foreign investors and is open to cooperation with foreign companies.”
