During his speech at the Council for Strategic Development and National Projects, Putin stated, “By uniting our efforts, we aim to move forward and shape the future of the country.”
Putin noted that “the implementation of national projects related to technological leadership should not lead to import substitution but rather create competitive solutions within Russia.”
During the meeting, Putin emphasized, “We need to significantly reduce illegal labor, which violates the rights of Russian citizens. At the same time, I want to stress that it is important to act efficiently here, not to impose restrictions on economic growth.”
He added, “I would like to point out that our financial sector has successfully recovered in recent years, and I specifically want to highlight this. We have succeeded in replacing unreliable external sources of funding with local ones.”
Putin also mentioned, “The disruptions in the modern world are caused by the non-competitive actions taken by some Western countries.”
He stated, “Russia feels external pressures, but its economy is coping well with the challenges, and the West is unable to manage the global economy with the help of sanctions.”
