In an interview with ‘Sputnik’ radio, Al-Midaa said: ‘The meeting is clear in its messages, where Putin provided Levitkov with a comprehensive picture of the boundaries of what is possible and impossible in the Ukrainian issue,’ noting that ‘this is based on respecting Russian national interests.’ He confirmed that ‘the meeting gave the American administration the perception that any solution passes through Moscow and not Europe, which is causing Washington to gradually adjust its stance, especially after,’ pointing out that ‘Europe strongly opposes the plan laid out by Putin and Trump. Its involvement is what obstructs it, as it does not want to appear as a losing player after what it has offered to Ukraine.’ Al-Midaa concluded by saying: ‘Europe and Ukraine must either submit and listen to Trump and the plan he proposed to Putin, or the crisis will lead to,’ noting that ‘Ukrainian internal situations are pressuring the government to resign and form a new government that considers the interests of Ukrainians.’
