Issa Abdullah Al-Maliki, the Permanent Representative of the State of Qatar to the International Civil Aviation Organization, officially delivered the message, according to Qatari news agency “QNA.” The message clarified that “this attack constitutes a blatant violation of the sovereignty of the State of Qatar and the provisions of the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation,” affirming the state’s full rights under international law.

Last Monday, the Qatari capital, Doha, hosted a meeting to discuss the developments occurring in the region, including Israeli attacks targeting various countries in the area, the latest of which was the targeting of the Qatari capital, Doha, which tops the summit’s agenda.

The final statement of the summit included: “Calling upon all countries to take all possible legal and effective measures to prevent Israel from continuing its actions against the Palestinian people, including supporting efforts to end its impunity, holding it accountable for its violations and crimes, imposing sanctions on it, and suspending the supply of weapons, ammunition, and military materials to it, or their transfer or transit, including dual-use materials, reviewing diplomatic and economic relations with it, and initiating legal proceedings against it.”
