He described the launch as both a professional and personal milestone. “To me, this is more than a job; it’s a duty. This is my emirate, where I grew up, and I feel a responsibility to give back. RAK Central reflects that commitment,” he stated.
Al Abdouli highlighted Ras Al Khaimah’s investor-friendly environment. He mentioned government support, a clear legal framework, and leadership as key elements attracting developers and investors to the emirate’s real estate market.
RAK Central HQ will be the emirate’s first dedicated business district, featuring sustainable Grade A office space certified to Gold LEED standards.
International companies are already relocating. “We’ve observed major firms shifting operations from Abu Dhabi and Dubai to Ras Al Khaimah to seize these opportunities. The emirate is becoming a growth engine,” Al Abdouli noted.
Looking forward, he identified Marjan Island and RAK Central as the foundational pillars supporting the emirate’s next expansion phase. “The Ras Al Khaimah economy will grow not just because of Marjan, but through the collective success stories of leading companies from RAK Bank to RAK Ceramics to Marjan Island. Together, these narratives are elevating Ras Al Khaimah on the global stage,” he said.
RAK Central is set to bolster Ras Al Khaimah’s ambition to become a center for business, tourism, and community life, focusing on sustainability and international investment.
