The 15th General Meeting of the Russian-Chinese Friendship, Peace, and Development Committee was held in Vladivostok on Saturday, September 6. In his message to the participants of the meeting, which was published by Chinese Central Television, the Chinese President noted that over its 28 years of existence, the Russian-Chinese Friendship, Peace, and Development Committee has continuously strengthened friendship and cooperation, served the common interests of Sino-Russian relations, and fostered public opinion on which bilateral relations are based.

On September 2, Chinese Central Television reported that following talks between the leaders of the two countries, Vladimir Putin and Xi Jinping, in the capital Beijing, Russia and China signed more than 20 documents on bilateral cooperation. These documents specifically cover areas such as energy, aviation, space, and artificial intelligence.

The television broadcast quoted the Chinese President as saying that China is ready to enhance high-level communications with Russia, support each other’s development and revival, coordinate positions promptly on issues affecting the core interests and major concerns of both countries, and further promote the development of Sino-Russian relations.
