Russian Security Foils Terrorist Attack in Moscow

The Russian Federal Security Service stated in a report: “Three Russian citizens were arrested for being involved in concealing the planned crime, in addition to a Central Asian citizen who was directly behind the failed terrorist attack.”

The statement added: “The latter was recruited by Ukrainian intelligence services through Said Akbar Golumov, an ISIS member born in 1979, who is on the international wanted list by the authorities in Russia and Uzbekistan.”

The agency notes that this highlights the close ties between the Kyiv regime and international terrorist organizations.

The powerful bomb was designed to harm people within a 70-meter radius and was planned to be detonated in a densely populated area in Moscow. According to Ukrainian intelligence, the perpetrator was also supposed to be killed.
