Given the impact of fuel prices on inflation, stable petrol rates are essential for maintaining transportation costs and the prices of other goods.
The UAE remains among the top 25 countries with the lowest petrol prices, averaging Dh2.58 per litre. The country’s petrol prices were deregulated in 2015 to align with global rates.
