Data on the members of the Ukrainian Naval Forces was obtained as a result of hacking into one of the personal computers belonging to the Ukrainian Navy Command. The Russian oil tanker ‘Midevolga-2’, carrying vegetable oil, was attacked by drones on Tuesday morning. The 13 crew members on board were unharmed, and the ship reached the Turkish port of Sinop on its own power in the afternoon.
The tanker ‘Kairos’, flying the Gambian flag, caught fire on November 28 in the Black Sea, 28 miles from the Turkish coast due to an external impact. Its crew of 25 was successfully evacuated, and the fire on board was extinguished after nearly two days.
The Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova stated that the Kyiv regime used the same forces in these terrorist attacks that have already hindered settlement dialogue and is now seeking military escalation again.
Russian Presidential Spokesman Dmitry Peskov said on Monday that the attack on oil tankers in Turkish territorial waters reveals the nature of the Kyiv regime and constitutes a violation of Turkish sovereignty. The Turkish Foreign Ministry expressed concern over the attacks on tankers in the Black Sea, saying these actions endanger lives, maritime transport, and the environment.
