On Friday, Wynn Resorts announced that recruitment for the soon-to-open Wynn Al Marjan Resort in Ras Al Khaimah, scheduled for early 2027, will accelerate next year.

The US-based casino company revealed that its integrated resort in Ras Al Khaimah welcomed 98 new employees in the third quarter of 2025, increasing its workforce to 195, primarily consisting of senior executives and management roles.

The company plans to hire over 100 more employees in the fourth quarter to reach a staff total of 300 by December 31, 2025.

“Key division heads and senior leaders are already in place in both gaming and non-gaming sectors. Onboarding of line staff will ramp up in 2026,” the company stated in its quarterly report.

According to Khaleej Times, the $3.9 billion integrated gaming resort is expected to create at least 7,500 jobs in various hotel segments, stated Michael Weaver, chief communication officer at Wynn Resorts.

“Our entire senior management team is in the UAE, including top marketing executives. As typical when launching a property in a new market, targeted marketing and player engagement have been ongoing for some time.

“Mass marketing efforts will be more prominent as we approach the opening, as early awareness is less effective. We are currently focusing on targeted marketing to attract future guests and expect extensive mass marketing in 2026,” said Craig Billings, CEO of Wynn Resorts, Limited.

Wynn Al Marjan has over 70 job openings listed on its website, including roles such as F&B director, executive chefs, operations controller, IT support analyst, staff accommodation dining supervisor, housekeeping attendant, recreation coordinator, payroll manager, casino accounting controller, casino marketing VPs for UAE and MENA, special events and housekeeping managers, talent acquisition recruiter, among others.

Wynn Al Marjan is a partnership between the US-based Wynn Resorts and RAK Hospitality Holding. Construction is progressing rapidly, with one floor completed each week.

The project is on schedule, currently working on the 70th floor, with topping out expected in December.

“Significant progress has been made on Wynn Al Marjan Island, and we are now pouring concrete for the final floors of the 70-story tower,” said Craig Billings.
