Their most notable achievement was curating a state dinner menu for His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan during former US President Donald Trump’s visit to the UAE. Combining Emirati and American flavors into a unique fusion, they described it as a “once-in-a-lifetime privilege,” highlighting their exceptional talent at a young age.

Since then, Abdulrahman and Maitha have continued to innovate Emirati cuisine. From their Napoli pop-up pizzeria at the Sharjah Light Festival to collaborations with local restaurants, their work is a mix of cultural pride and modern style. Their Instagram, @uae_twin_chefs, is a hub for recipes, collaborations, and culinary projects, attracting nearly 20,000 followers.

Grandchildren of poet and author Dr. Shihab Ganem, the twins carry on a legacy of creativity and excellence. As KT+150 listmakers, they prove that age is no barrier to shaping the future of UAE cuisine.
