Air India’s check-in systems at several airports are experiencing disruptions due to a third-party system issue, leading to delays for numerous airlines, the airline confirmed in a statement.
Although the disruption’s cause remains undisclosed, Air India acknowledged that delays might persist until the “situation completely stabilizes.” The system’s restoration is underway, they added.
