Billie Eilish has crafted a special treat for her fans, featuring a unique Dubai twist.
Get ready for a surprise: imagine Dubai chocolate, with gooey pistachio filling wrapped in crunchy kunafa, all under a layer of crispy chocolate. This delightful concept has taken over Instagram feeds worldwide in recent years.
In her signature style, Eilish elevated the experience this weekend by creating a version that closely resembles the original but is entirely vegan.
On her TikTok account, the Bad Guy singer shared: “Sorry to do this lol but I love it so much, and it’s impossible to find vegan versions anywhere.”
In the one-minute-34-second video, she introduces the ingredients needed: vegan kunafa, pistachio spread, vegan butter, and chocolate.

Here’s how you can make it.
1. Heat a cast-iron pan and add a spoonful of vegan butter.
2. Once melted, add the kunafa and roast until fragrant.
3. In another bowl, melt a chocolate bar.
4. Coat a mold with the melted chocolate and chill in the fridge.
5. Combine the roasted kunafa with pistachio spread. Mix well, then layer it over the chocolate mold. Cover with more chocolate, then refrigerate.
