BNW Developments and Enlightened Minds Investments have formed a strategic partnership as co-general partners to launch the BNW Real Estate Fund, amassing $27 million in commitments on its first day. This fund aims to boost premium real estate development throughout the UAE. The partnership was celebrated at an exclusive signing event attended by select investors and industry leaders.
The fund will target three main investment priorities: acquiring land in high-growth, strategic areas, providing last-mile and completion financing for projects close to delivery, and creating branded, purpose-built real estate assets that meet current market needs. This strategy aims for an 18% annual return, with an 8% yearly distribution and the remainder upon exit.
