Ceasefire Terms and Geopolitical Talks

Espinoza added in an interview with Sputnik that “Firstly, regarding the situation in Ukraine, we are talking about agreeing on the terms of a ceasefire. The expert indicated that “In addition to Ukraine, the meeting is expected to discuss topics related to the Middle East, the Arctic, and other regions of geopolitical importance to both sides, but it is highly likely that very little information about them will be published.”
