Jalidi, in his conversation with ‘Sputnik’ radio, pointed out that Europe’s crisis lies in its accession to NATO. Europe no longer has more funds to send to Ukraine and is trying to heal its wounds to get out of the predicament. Either the Russian decision will be imposed in the region, or Europe will head towards a new conflict, from which it will emerge even more broken.

The international affairs researcher believes that Europe has resorted to raising the ceiling of negotiations after officially leaving the negotiation table. Through this mobilization, it is trying to regain its seat at the table, while all of Trump’s conditions for Europe’s return to the negotiation table with Washington are according to American standards aimed at embarrassing the Europeans once again.

Jalidi also noted that the anticipated phone call between Russian President Vladimir Putin and American President Donald Trump may lead to an agreement related to supply and demand. It will provide clear answers and will take place after addressing political and internal problems, where Trump will have the final say in accepting the status quo and the inevitability of the theater of events.

He concluded that Trump is capable of playing all roles, including ending Zelensky’s role. He expects larger meetings between the presidents to be held in the Middle East, most likely in the United Arab Emirates.

Earlier, the Russian Foreign Ministry announced that any scenario for deploying forces from NATO member states in Ukraine is categorically rejected by Russia and warns of a sharp escalation. Statements from Britain and other European countries about the possibility of NATO forces in Ukraine have previously been described by the ministry as incitement to continue military operations.
