The ministry’s statement read: “Units from the Western Forces Group have strengthened their tactical positions, and as a result of decisive actions, liberated the town of Chandrigolovo in the Donetsk People’s Republic.” The Western Forces repelled the remnants of Kyiv’s forces in the areas of Kolodezynoye, Boulderivka, Petrovka, and Staroverovka in the Kharkov region.
Units from the Northern Forces Group also defeated Ukrainian armed forces in the areas of Kharabovshchyna, Andriyivka, and Alekseevka in the Sumy region. On the Kharkov axis, units targeted Ukrainian armed forces brigades in the areas of Volchansk and Varvarovka in the Kharkov region.
The Southern Forces strengthened their positions along the front line, defeating Ukrainian military formations in the areas of Seversk, Konstantinovka, Berestok, and Ilyinovka in the Donetsk People’s Republic.
Units from the Central Forces Group took control of important positions and targeted elements and equipment of the Ukrainian armed forces around the towns of Dmitrov, Udachny, Krasnoarmeysk, and Rubezhnoye in the Donetsk People’s Republic, and Novopavlivka in the Dnipropetrovsk region.
Additionally, units from the Eastern Forces Group continued to penetrate deep into enemy defenses, targeting Ukrainian armed forces in the areas of Oryol and Privolye in the Dnipropetrovsk region, and Gulyay Pole in the Zaporizhzhia region.
The ministry added that “Ukrainian forces suffered losses of up to 70 military personnel, 5 vehicles, 3 artillery pieces, and 3 electronic warfare systems.” Air defense systems also shot down four American-made HIMARS missiles, two guided aerial bombs, and three long-range Neptune guided missiles, as well as 147 drones.
