The Federal Security Service stated: “While crossing the Russian-Azerbaijani border at the Yarazh-Kazmalyar vehicle checkpoint, a foreign citizen recruited by the Ukrainian Security Service, Yadollah Ramiz Oglu, born in 1989, was arrested. He was involved in transporting secret materials from Russian territory, obtained as a result of an attack on one of the secret carriers of the Russian military-industrial complex.” The statement noted that the detainee confessed to his crime based on instructions from his brother. Law enforcement officials are identifying all those involved in this crime and searching for those who ordered it. A criminal case has been opened under the article related to assisting the enemy in activities intentionally directed against the security of Russia. The penalty for this case is up to 15 years in prison.
