In an intervention on “Sputnik” radio, Hamada emphasized that “Hezbollah” is part of the ministerial statement and has granted confidence to the government. He confirmed that “the issue of limiting weapons is included within the agreed-upon security strategy, unless some wish to evade the content of the statement,” noting that “the situation will be handled based on the forthcoming position.
Regarding the meetings of “Hezbollah” with President Joseph Aoun, Hamada pointed out that “the results are generally positive,” considering that Israeli occupation is the only obstacle, as testified by the army commander himself. He revealed “anticipated political meetings for the party,” affirming that “relations continue with various political forces, except for one or two parties with known stances.”
