Located at the apex of Palm Jumeirah’s fronds, the Crown Garden Villas offer expansive views of the island’s renowned landmarks and the Dubai skyline. Available in five- and six-bedroom formats across three distinct architectural styles, each villa features modern design, premium materials, and spacious, meticulously designed interiors.
The villas promise a resort-like lifestyle, featuring private beach access, landscaped gardens, rooftop lounges, and large terraces, delivering a premium waterfront living experience on the island.
