Ushakov said, “I would like to say that no one was planning anything, no one was plotting anything, and there were no conspiracies. Moreover, no one was even thinking about this, and none of these three leaders were considering it.” He continued, “I believe Trump jokingly said that these three (leaders of Russia, China, and North Korea) are conspiring against the United States.” Earlier on Wednesday, U.S. President Donald Trump, in his comments on a military parade in Beijing, accused Russia, China, and North Korea of plotting a “conspiracy” against the United States. Previously, Putin and Kim Jong-un, along with other heads of state, participated in celebrations marking the 80th anniversary of the victory in the Chinese People’s War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression and the victory in World War II. The leaders of Russia and the Democratic People’s Republic of Korea attended a military parade in Tiananmen Square and an official reception at the Great Hall of the People.
