Pantheon Development, based in the UAE, has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with NBCC (India) Ltd., a prestigious Government of India Navratna enterprise. This partnership aims to advance high-quality residential, hospitality, and mixed-use developments throughout the UAE.
NBCC, with a project portfolio exceeding Dh50 billion and more than 60 years of engineering and infrastructure expertise, will bring significant experience to this collaboration.
Kalpesh Kinarivala, Founder of Pantheon Development, expressed that this partnership will bolster Pantheon’s Dh3 billion expansion plans in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah.
“Collaborating with a global leader like NBCC supports our vision to grow Pantheon’s Dh3 billion project pipeline in Dubai and Ras Al Khaimah,” Kinarivala stated. “This partnership is about creating enduring developments founded on trust, precision, and purpose.”
He further mentioned that the collaboration will establish a base for developing design-driven communities that integrate sustainability with engineering excellence.
The MoU was signed in the presence of KP Mahadevaswamy, chairman and managing director of NBCC (India) Ltd, along with senior executives from both organizations.
