The Roscosmos statement read: “The satellite detected the iceberg in the Commonwealth Sea.” Earlier, representatives from the Arctic and Antarctic Research Institute reported that the iceberg “A23A” had lost 67% of its original area and ceded its status as the largest iceberg on the planet to the iceberg “D15A.”
