As part of the relief effort, the UAE has established an air bridge to northern Afghanistan. Four planes have already been sent, loaded with essential relief items, medical supplies, and shelter tents.

The airlift operation is complemented by sourcing additional supplies from Afghanistan’s local markets to guarantee a swift response, bolster relief efforts, support the injured, and reduce the immediate impact of the disaster on affected families.
