Abdullah revealed, in an intervention via ‘Sputnik’ radio, that ‘these measures require internal American agreements to succeed.’ He pointed out the existence of ‘two paths in the United States, one that wants to focus on subjugating China, and there are voices calling for renewing sanctions against Russia.’

In response to a question about how countries will respond to Graham’s project, Abdullah said, ‘The only option for these countries is to strengthen bilateral cooperation, dispense with American markets and goods, and conduct exchanges among themselves using their own currencies.’

He revealed that ‘American sanctions have been imposed on countries abroad, but they remained unresolved for many years,’ stating, ‘Not every proposal becomes law or an executive order. There is a complex internal process in the United States, and thus it cannot be decided overnight.’

The guest on ‘Sputnik’ concluded by saying that ‘Lindsey Graham wants to serve the deep state in the United States, which has tried to blackmail Russia, and what he presented is merely a project and a proposal, not an automatic system in place.’
